Orders & Payments:

• All product prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes
• Payments are processed securely through Shopify and Razorpay
• Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement by emailing: support@hintrugs.in

Product Descriptions:

We strive for accuracy, but slight variations in color, weave, or dimensions may occur as each rug is artisan-crafted.

Shipping & Delivery:

• Orders are delivered in 7–10 business days across India
• Delivery may be delayed due to holidays, logistics disruptions, or weather
• Tracking info is shared via email after dispatch

Use of Site:

• All images, logos, text, and content are the property of Hint Rugs
• Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited and may result in legal action

Governing Law:

These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes will be subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
