Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your rug. If there’s an issue, here’s how we’ll make it right:

Eligibility:

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Rugs must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging
  • Custom pieces and items marked final sale are not eligible for return

Return Process:

  1. Email us at support@hintrugs.in with your order number and reason
  2. Share photos if applicable (for damage or defect claims)
  3. Once approved, we’ll coordinate return pickup or provide return address

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the product is received and inspected

Replacements:

If the rug arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no extra cost
